1. About qitaa
qitaa (qitaa.sa) is an online marketplace in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where buyers find vehicle spare parts listed by independent sellers. Unless a listing says otherwise, the part is sold by the seller named on it, not by qitaa. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use qitaa.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your number and phone secure — you are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Give accurate details (name, email, delivery address) and keep them up to date.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or puts other users at risk.
3. Selling on qitaa
- Sellers must be registered businesses and provide accurate business details, including their commercial registration and national address.
- Every listing must describe the part honestly: its condition (new or used), what it fits, its part number where relevant, real photos and the full price in Saudi riyals.
- Sellers may only list parts they own and are allowed to sell. Stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe parts, and anything illegal in the Kingdom, are not allowed.
- Sellers must keep their stock up to date and prepare orders promptly.
- qitaa charges sellers the commission shown in their account and pays out their balance to the bank account they provide.
- qitaa may verify sellers, award badges such as "Verified Merchant" or "Authorized Dealer", and edit, hide or remove listings, or freeze an account, that break these terms.
4. Buying on qitaa
- Prices are in Saudi riyals. The delivery cost and the total are shown before you place an order.
- Please check that a part fits your vehicle — compare the part number and ask the seller through qitaa's messages if you are unsure.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on the seller and the delivery company.
- We recommend having parts installed by a qualified mechanic.
5. Payments
Payments are made through qitaa's checkout and handled by our payment partners; qitaa does not store your full card details. Never pay a seller outside qitaa — payments made outside the site are not protected.
6. Returns and refunds
If a part arrives damaged, is not as described, or is the wrong part, contact us at support@qitaa.com.sa within 7 days of delivery. Parts must be returned unused and in the condition they arrived in. Once a claim is confirmed, the seller replaces the part or you are refunded. Your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and consumer protection rules are not affected by these terms.
7. Using the site fairly
Do not misuse qitaa: no false listings or reviews, no harassment through messages, no attempts to break into accounts or the site, and no collecting other users' details. Messages between buyers and sellers are for the purchase at hand.
8. Content
Sellers keep the rights to their photos and descriptions, and allow qitaa to show them on the site and in its marketing of their listings. The qitaa name and logo belong to qitaa.
9. Our responsibility
qitaa provides the marketplace and works to keep it safe and reliable, but sellers are responsible for the parts they sell. To the extent the law allows, qitaa is not liable for indirect losses or for a seller's failure to perform. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use qitaa means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are settled by its competent courts.

1. عن قطع
قطع (qitaa.sa) سوق إلكتروني في المملكة العربية السعودية يجد فيه المشترون قطع غيار المركبات التي يعرضها بائعون مستقلون. ما لم يذكر الإعلان خلاف ذلك، فالبائع هو التاجر المذكور في الإعلان وليس قطع. باستخدامك الموقع فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق عليها فيُرجى عدم استخدام قطع.
2. حسابك
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا فأكثر وأن تكون أهلًا للتعاقد.
- تسجّل الدخول برقم جوالك. حافظ على أمان رقمك وهاتفك، فأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم عبر حسابك.
- قدّم بيانات صحيحة (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل) وحافظ على تحديثها.
- يحق لنا إيقاف أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يُستخدم في الاحتيال أو يعرّض المستخدمين الآخرين للخطر.
3. البيع على قطع
- يجب أن يكون البائعون منشآت مسجّلة وأن يقدّموا بيانات صحيحة عن منشآتهم، ومنها السجل التجاري والعنوان الوطني.
- يجب أن يصف كل إعلان القطعة بأمانة: حالتها (جديدة أو مستعملة)، وما تناسبه من مركبات، ورقم القطعة عند الحاجة، وصورًا حقيقية لها، والسعر كاملًا بالريال السعودي.
- لا يجوز للبائع أن يعرض إلا القطع التي يملكها ويحق له بيعها. ويُمنع عرض القطع المسروقة أو المقلّدة أو المسحوبة أو غير الآمنة، وكل ما يخالف أنظمة المملكة.
- على البائعين تحديث الكميات المتوفرة باستمرار وتجهيز الطلبات دون تأخير.
- تتقاضى قطع من البائعين العمولة الموضّحة في حساباتهم، وتحوّل أرصدتهم إلى الحسابات البنكية التي يقدّمونها.
- يحق لقطع توثيق البائعين ومنحهم شارات مثل «تاجر موثّق» أو «الوكيل الحصري»، وتعديل أي إعلان يخالف هذه الشروط أو إخفاؤه أو حذفه، أو تجميد الحساب المخالف.
4. الشراء من قطع
- الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتظهر تكلفة التوصيل والإجمالي قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- يُرجى التأكد من أن القطعة تناسب مركبتك بمقارنة رقم القطعة، ومراسلة البائع عبر قطع إذا لم تكن متأكدًا.
- مدد التوصيل تقديرية وتعتمد على البائع وشركة التوصيل.
- ننصح بتركيب القطع لدى فني مختص.
5. الدفع
يتم الدفع عبر صفحة الدفع في قطع ويتولاه شركاؤنا في خدمات الدفع، ولا تحتفظ قطع ببيانات بطاقتك كاملة. لا تدفع لأي بائع خارج قطع، فالمدفوعات التي تتم خارج الموقع غير محمية.
6. الإرجاع والاسترداد
إذا وصلتك القطعة تالفة أو مخالفة للوصف أو غير القطعة المطلوبة، فتواصل معنا على support@qitaa.com.sa خلال 7 أيام من استلامها. يجب إرجاع القطعة غير مستخدمة وبالحالة التي وصلت بها. وبعد التحقق من الطلب يستبدل البائع القطعة أو يُعاد إليك المبلغ. ولا تمس هذه الشروط حقوقك بموجب نظام التجارة الإلكترونية وأنظمة حماية المستهلك في المملكة.
7. الاستخدام العادل
لا تُسئ استخدام قطع: لا إعلانات أو تقييمات مضللة، ولا إزعاج عبر الرسائل، ولا محاولات لاختراق الحسابات أو الموقع، ولا جمع لبيانات المستخدمين الآخرين. الرسائل بين المشترين والبائعين مخصصة لعملية الشراء المعنية.
8. المحتوى
يحتفظ البائعون بحقوق صورهم وأوصافهم، ويأذنون لقطع بعرضها على الموقع وفي التسويق لإعلاناتهم. واسم قطع وشعارها ملك لقطع.
9. مسؤوليتنا
توفّر قطع السوق وتعمل على أن يكون آمنًا وموثوقًا، أما القطع المعروضة فمسؤولية البائعين. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا تتحمل قطع المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو عن إخلال البائع بالتزاماته. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها وفق أنظمة المملكة.
10. التعديلات والنظام الحاكم
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويوضّح التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة أحدث نسخة منها، واستمرارك في استخدام قطع يعني موافقتك عليها. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص محاكمها المختصة بالفصل في أي نزاع.

1. Who we are
This policy explains how qitaa (qitaa.sa) collects and uses personal data, in line with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law. For any privacy question, write to support@qitaa.com.sa.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number and email address.
- Delivery details: the delivery address you save or enter at checkout.
- Seller details: business name, commercial registration and trade licence numbers, national address, city, and — for payouts — bank name, IBAN, account holder and the documents you upload.
- Orders and payments: what you buy or sell, amounts and delivery status. Card details are handled by our payment partners, not stored by qitaa.
- Messages you exchange with buyers or sellers on qitaa.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address and basic logs that keep the site secure and working.
3. How we use it
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To process orders, arrange delivery and send you order and delivery updates (by email, SMS or WhatsApp).
- To verify sellers and pay them.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and answer your questions.
- To improve qitaa, and to meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial and tax records.
4. Who we share it with
- The other side of your order: the seller receives the buyer's name, phone number and delivery address to fulfil it, and the buyer sees the seller's business name.
- Delivery companies, payment providers and the technical providers that host the site and its database — only what each needs to do its job.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Storage and security
Your data is kept with trusted cloud providers, protected by access controls and encrypted connections. Some providers may store data outside the Kingdom; where they do, we apply the safeguards the Personal Data Protection Law requires.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open and for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires — for example, order and payment records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to know what data we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, or have it deleted when we no longer need to keep it, and you can withdraw your consent where we rely on it. Write to support@qitaa.com.sa. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Cookies and storage on your device
qitaa uses your browser's storage only for what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, your cart, your language and similar settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Children
qitaa is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email.

توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع قطع (qitaa.sa) البيانات الشخصية وتستخدمها وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة. لأي استفسار عن الخصوصية راسلنا على support@qitaa.com.sa.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
- بيانات التوصيل: عنوان التوصيل الذي تحفظه أو تُدخله عند الدفع.
- بيانات البائعين: اسم المنشأة، ورقم السجل التجاري والرخصة، والعنوان الوطني، والمدينة، ولأغراض تحويل المستحقات: اسم البنك ورقم الآيبان واسم صاحب الحساب والمستندات التي ترفعها.
- الطلبات والمدفوعات: ما تشتريه أو تبيعه، والمبالغ، وحالة التوصيل. أما بيانات البطاقات فيتولاها شركاؤنا في خدمات الدفع ولا تحتفظ بها قطع.
- الرسائل التي تتبادلها مع المشترين أو البائعين على قطع.
- البيانات التقنية: نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، وعنوان IP، وسجلات أساسية تحافظ على أمان الموقع وعمله.
3. كيف نستخدمها
- لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك.
- لمعالجة الطلبات وترتيب التوصيل وإرسال تحديثات الطلب والتوصيل إليك (بالبريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو واتساب).
- لتوثيق البائعين وتحويل مستحقاتهم.
- لمنع الاحتيال والحفاظ على أمان الموقع والرد على استفساراتك.
- لتطوير قطع، والوفاء بالتزاماتنا النظامية مثل حفظ السجلات المالية والضريبية.
4. مع من نشاركها
- الطرف الآخر في طلبك: يستلم البائع اسم المشتري ورقم جواله وعنوان التوصيل لتنفيذ الطلب، ويرى المشتري اسم منشأة البائع.
- شركات التوصيل ومزودو خدمات الدفع والمزودون التقنيون الذين يستضيفون الموقع وقاعدة بياناته، وذلك بقدر ما يحتاجه كل منهم لأداء عمله فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية عندما يقتضي النظام ذلك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
5. التخزين والأمان
تُحفظ بياناتك لدى مزودي خدمات سحابية موثوقين، وتحميها ضوابط الوصول والاتصالات المشفّرة. وقد يخزّن بعض المزودين البيانات خارج المملكة، وفي هذه الحالة نطبّق الضمانات التي يشترطها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا، وبالقدر اللازم للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه أو الذي يقتضيه النظام، مثل سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات. وعندما لا تعود هناك حاجة إليها نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.
7. حقوقك
يحق لك أن تعرف البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، وأن تحصل على نسخة منها، وأن تصححها، وأن تطلب حذفها عندما لا نعود ملزمين بالاحتفاظ بها، كما يحق لك سحب موافقتك متى كانت هي الأساس الذي نعتمد عليه. راسلنا على support@qitaa.com.sa. ويمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
8. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين على جهازك
تستخدم قطع مساحة التخزين في متصفحك لما يحتاجه الموقع للعمل فقط: إبقاؤك مسجّل الدخول، وسلتك، ولغتك، وما شابه ذلك من إعدادات. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الإعلانية.
9. الأطفال
قطع غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويوضّح التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة أحدث نسخة منها. وإذا كان التغيير جوهريًا فسنبلغك به على الموقع أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
